Great value for money, the room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient, close to the bus station and downtown. The staff, especially Gustavo, were incredibly helpful and kind.

The morning meal could have had a wider selection.

During our romantic escape, we liked the complementary breakfast, which was a great start to our day. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a self-service washing and drying machines that we could use free of charge. the hotel was in a prime location - close to city center and easily accessible to good food locations.

We disliked the thin walls. The sound of people walking from the hallways traveled into our room, interrupting our serene evening.

Fantastic for new year celebrations. The staff was superbly welcoming. They offered us an upgrade and it was fantastic to do my laundry for free. We enjoyed a short walk to the town and the bus station was at a stone’s throw. Breakfast was mediocre but the view compensated it enough. The place was great for relaxation and to enjoy the tranquility of the area.

That the room was hot at night and I had to keep turning off the heater. The other downside was that it got stuffy inside when we closed the windows.

This place is wonderful! The staff exceeded our expectations. They promptly arranged for our transportation and were available via WhatsApp in case we needed anything. The room was spacious and comfortable with a private, heated bathroom and thick towels. We appreciated the location, which is close to the city center and good food spots. Breakfast was included and sufficient. The cleanliness of the bedding and towels was spotless!

Only minor complaint – the mattresses could be more comfortable.

We had such a fantastic stay at this hostel. They allowed us to stay even when the hostel was closed and even provided us with a free night when our flight was cancelled. The rooms were spacious and the showers were great. The guest kitchen was a bonus too. The owners truly went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend this hostel for its exceptional hospitality.
